1 star is being generous. I’d leave ZERO if I could. I have purchased 5 homes and of the 5, this is BY FAR, without question, the worst experience I have had with an escrow company. Rose Bento is unorganized, RUDE and completely unqualified. We would receive 1 set of instructions from her, then something completely different from someone else.
