Someone in this company made a typo while wiring money to me and used part of the money that's supposed to be paid to me to pay the rewire fee instead of being responsible for their mistake. What's even worse is that they don't fix the issue. Update to the review and response to the response: No, the issue hasn't been resolved. Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced from a title/escrow company. If you are ok with calls not being returned or constant excuses about your loan proceeds, use this company.
I have recently got the pleasure of meeting Heidi and hearing from several people what a great job her and her staff do at Fidelity National Title. I hope to have the opportunity to hook up with her in the near future, assuming I will find a home to buy. If you are considering buying a house, get ahold of Heidi! :)
