Melanie gave us such excellent service. Was able to accommodate us signing late in the evening after trying extra hard to get us a mobile notary. She gave such a great experience with the whole process, and was able to answer any questions that we had. Fidelity has been great to work with! We used them when we purchased our home last year and again when we sold our home recently. Each time I called them, the ladies I spoke to were very friendly, helpful and got what needed to be done ASAP. I worked with Mary and Katelyn who have been great to work with and very professional. All our paperwork was done right away and they have been great communicators. We will definitely use them again!
