Whoever wrote the earlier review must have been related to Lisa Westfield. We had nothing but problems during our escrow, and all of it was directly attributable to the terrible service offered by Lisa and this office. She is not a "clear and concise source of information" but rather provides as vague information and little service as possible. It is now 2 weeks past closing and were still awaiting our refund because Lisa (in her great attention to detail) was unable to follow the directions in our closing docs. Word to the ... read more
