This place seem Legit, but if you need to transfer money to another title company they don’t know how to do that. We are on the process of loosing the house we put an offer on because of fidelity’s incompetence. I wish I would have read the reviews to this company before I used them. I guess Amy is a new hire that has no India what she’s doing.
I’ve lived in Shasta County for 70yrs. and sold and bought a few houses dealt with few Escrow firms I have never dealt with one so unorganized, unethical and dishonest as Fidelity National Title. Please do not do your self and mental pain by dealing with this company. I only gave them one star so I could begin the review they don’t deserve it .
