Terrible customer service and no communication
Fidelity title started me with a payment booklet and then over halfway through my contract. They changed it from booklet to sending me a payment form every month and then I didn’t receive the payment form so I ended up with the payment. I’ve never had a payment before they changed their system, unacceptable investing professional they shouldn’t be able to change the way they do things halfway through the contract. Very, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. EDIT: saw some reviews mentioning the same person that helped us, Barbie Stewart, she was the one that was so helpful and nice you can also tell she knows her craft.
Absolutely unfriendly and useless, use anybody but Fidelity!
