I was talking in the phone and a lady just hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question on how to get my money back due to my Loan Bring denied, this is very rude and disrespectful and uncaused for, accountability needs to be taken
Called yesterday afternoon with a few questions. The young man that answered (I believe was the front desk) was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He had an unpleasant attitude and I could hear him mumbling under his breathe, “I don’t care”. I understand this is not a reflection of the business and their practices as a whole, but you should absolutely have some care about the people that the company YOU WORK FOR is doing business with
Bought a property recently and worked with this title company during the closing. They handled all the documents, made sure everything was in order and walked us through the signing. It was fast and professional. They answered all our questions and explained each step which made us feel more at ease. The office was nice and they kept things moving.
