*Edit* We are still without the title or an explanation as to what happened and what is taking so long. I cannot stress enough to people do not use this company. My mother has been trying to get the title to her home for 2 years, after she purchased it and paid in full. We have been trying to get answers and have been getting the run around. I wish we had good things to say about this company but we are still without a title and continue to have little to no answers.

We closed four weeks ago yesterday. Our excess funds from closing, a fairly large amount, was due to us by check. They said they'd call us when it was ready, and had us fill out a form detailing which number to call and whose number it was (my wife's). Days later we called and they said the check had long since been ready, and that they'd called my number. Checking my call history, they hadn't. They didnt have the paper work straight and still trying to do their job a week after closing.....Still costing me money when this was supposed to be done, What a nightmare company.
