Tillamook Ticor’s negligence to respond to emails in a timely manner and their failure to follow through with agreements cost us 10k at closing. I was told by the branch manager, Tara Waterman that my claim was being processed by Amanda Escobar and her company only to find out that Amanda is unwilling to offer a settlement that is fair.
