This title company is not operating business correctly. After 2 years of purchase of my home we needed to do some work and went to City Utility that is when they told us we have outstanding balance due of $8000 for Assessment done in 2018 which is all in papers that this Title Company did and didn’t investigate why is stating $8000 due.
