Throughout the entire process, the staff at Fidelity was always--ONE STEP AHEAD of me!!!! I received the necessary information before I even requested it! It's the ONLY title company I use! The office is always nice and clean---the snacks are great and the staff AWSOME!!!!!

This title company is not operating business correctly. After 2 years of purchase of my home we needed to do some work and went to City Utility that is when they told us we have outstanding balance due of $8000 for Assessment done in 2018 which is all in papers that this Title Company did and didn’t investigate why is stating $8000 due. I went to title company to talk to them and only person you can talk is not so friendly receptionist which not one time she apologized for this mistake.
