Brianne is the best escrow officer in the High Desert and Inland Empire hands down. Brianne is extremely helpful, responsive and all of our clients love her. As a local lender of 23 years I have had the opportunity to work with many escrow officers in our area. Brianne is my go to escrow officer that I refer all my clients to. We are thankful to have Brianne on our team. And my funder and loan processor love her too.
Just did a deal with this escrow company. Only positive thing I can say is that they did provide a decent service. They are your typical corporate escrow company with high prices and junk fees for your clients. As an agent, they wanted me to jump through hoops to charge my client a $200 T/C fee while they get to charge any unearned fee under the sun.
