Just did a deal with this escrow company. Only positive thing I can say is that they did provide a decent service. They are your typical corporate escrow company with high prices and junk fees for your clients. As an agent, they wanted me to jump through hoops to charge my client a $200 T/C fee while they get to charge any unearned fee under the sun.
