The ladies at Fidelity title are stellar!!
Absolutely awful experience from the moment you walk in the door you are hit in the face by the pungent odor of what might be mold. I have the email from my realtor where the office was going to charge both the buyer and seller fees that only one of the should have incurred. Susie Wert is of NO help after closing I've called back multiple times and she has the worst attitude. Fidelity was responsible for mailing out the last utility payment after closing and they sent it to the wrong address. I now have an additional $70 fee... read more
