After so much run around from 2 other title companies Fidelity National Title did what to me was looking impossible. Alex and Christina were extraordinary. They were super attentive and stayed in consistent communication with us at all times. What also appreciated was the fact that they took the time to explain to us exactly what and why every step. A shot out also to Jayson very sweet girl. Service was 100% Thank you yall so much for everything yall did for us.
Shocking how incompetent Kelsey Reilly is. If she shows up as your escrow officer, run for your life and find a way to have someone else deal with your property. Not only does she not respond and sloppily goes about her business, but she is so unapologetically rude and nasty to you. Kelsey made mistake after mistake after mistake and then barked at me when I questioned it. This is not what a home buying experience should be.
They closed on a house for us and didn’t collect the damn keys before distributing the funds; even though the contract said the keys must be turned over at closing; and even though they were reminded before closing to COLLECT THE KEYS. Incompetent! 2714 ball street in Galveston is the property
