Great title company and a smooth closing for my clients. Couldn’t ask for more.
Do not recommend!! I closed on my home on 8/25/23 and my deed still has not been recorded! I’ve called and keep getting a run around. This needs to be addressed now. They keep saying it’s a “unique situation”, but if they could not close probably then why close at all?! On the day of closing, made me sign all of the paperwork, gave me the keys, then took them back at the closing due to a water certificate issue with the previous owner that they keep blaming the city of Chicago for.
