One of the worst title insurance companies to deal with. They don't respond timely and don't understand the stress they put their clients through. I am surprised they are able to keep their jobs with such poor customer service reviews.
I closed this morning with Jeanmarie, who is great. She is professional, welcoming, and efficient. A great way to start Friday!

I had/am having not the best experience with this title company. Not only did they fail to include the realtor's fee on the closing fees, but they also managed to send the insurance check to the wrong location. It has been almost a month since closing, and the check still hasn't been cashed due to this mistake which is causing me additional stress. The lack of attention to detail displayed by this company is in my opinion not professional.
