We recently had a very complicated file and Paula and Carrie went above and beyond to help the seller clear title conditions, and we were able to close a week in advance! We appreciate their hard work!
On closing day, thru unilaterally changed the closing and payout day from August 15 to August 25, ensuring I have no funds to pay movers for my household goods abs forfeiting all rights to them. Along with the funds i intended to use to have major mileage related service. Rendering my vehicle to be not advised to drive until the services can be rendered. During the process, the buyer was going to switch companies due to their lack of progress. Given the situation I am now in, I wish they had.
