Review for Fidelity National Title I’m very disappointed with my experience using Fidelity National Title. When I purchased a home, there was an outstanding lien from the City of Rowlett that should have been discovered and collected at closing. Unfortunately, Fidelity failed to identify it, and neither I nor the seller was made aware of the issue. Later, I transferred the title to my brother. This is the worst company Title, it was our first time closing on a lot and apparently the realtor and the company did not do their research! First and last time we will ever close with this company and also Michelle at this location seem to be rude we huat had a couple of questions and didn’t bother to try to help us! So please make sure who are dealing with when closing any property !
Shelly Hooper is fantastic! As a lender, I’ve been to SO MANY closings, and Shelly made the entire process so QUICK and effortless! The entire transaction from start to finish was a breeze!
The staff members of the office are efficient, friendly, prefessional and helpful. I got the closing statement at noon time of the day before the closing day. This gave me plenty of time to review it, and asked them any question about the numbers. The title company did not receive the lending documents from the lender in California before the close of the business day in Texas. The staff took her laptop home to work on the documents received later. I got the funding in the afternoon of the closing date!
