When presented with inaccurate documents, with loan terms and amounts never discussed I was abruptly dismissed with a "nothing to see here". I don't do dismissal when it comes to financial documents. After being in probably 20 closings over the years, this one definitely left me disappointed. With the fees, which I feel are excessive, they can definitely do better.
DJ and the entire staff are awesome. Professional, efficient and friendly, I know the close will run smoothly and my clients are always treated well.
