BEWERE They do not work for YOU, And they will OVER CHARGE you. I would have changed to a new title company, but there wasn't time to change. The seller would have backed out of the sale and it would have most likely cost me $250,000.00. Worst, they were trying to force me to pay for non-existing invoices. Great value; price point for good service level
This company was ok until after the sale was finished and I asked why the management company had not sent back the money or a portion of the money they had demanded before closing. The company rep was very rude and disclaimed responsibility at that point and just hung up on me after offering minimal assistance. Nice customer service! I will try to avoid using them in the future.
