I had a very disappointing experience with this location! The communication was unprofessional, the service was unhelpful, and several promises were not fulfilled. From my experience, it felt like they were very focused on collecting extra fees, but not equally focused on providing the service, communication, and support we expected. Left us high and dry without no explanation. Signed all the paperwork to close on our new house and put a large amount of money down on it at closing and they pulled out at the last moment.

I used this escrow company for home purchase 3 months ago and I completely regretted about it. Their service is a huge disaster. We need them to disburse for some utility bills (prior to the close). However, they don't pick up phone calls, nor respond to emails, nor respond to voice mail at all. We tried all methods as we could to reach out to them, but still, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. We had no option but ended up paying the utility bill ourselves. Avoid this company for escrow at all costs.
