We tried to use the Fidelity National San Pedro office on a previous home and they were awful. Messed up documents, gave no instructions, and were pretty much impossible to reach other than by email. Even then it took 24-48 hours to get answers. We were convinced by our RE agent to try again with them at another office and the very first thing they could mess up, they did. Not sure if we will complete this home purchase using them, but I know I will NEVER use Fidelity again after this.
Charlene was the best! She was very persistent, and made sure we closed on both of our homes in a timely manner. She was always there to answer questions, and keep me updated. Thank you Charlene for everything!
