Ive closed at title companies all over the country, including Albuquerque, without issue. Seller’s proceeds at Fidelity were incorrectly deposited despite clear written instructions at closing. Their carelessness (a Title Company?) put me in a scramble to straighten their mess. Later I spoke with the Buyer…turns out she’d had her own negative experience closing at Fidelity. Avoid! There are others more competent.
