Well let me start off by saying the only reason it's a 2 star review and not a 1 is because the lady that helped us sign our documents was very nice. They told us after signing that we were getting some money back and they suggested that we have them wire it, so we gave them our bank details. They ended up sending the check to the new house which we weren't in yet and it took me multiple calls because they won't answer the phone. Great experience with Fidelity as always! They pulled strings and made it happen on short notice. Gizelle & Sandra were fantastic! 5 stars always recommend them for title services. If you’re not using them I don’t know what you are doing
Complaint about Sandra Nieves Please as seller do not use this company we have deposit dispute with buyer agent fidelity title will release the deposit to the buyer without seller signature it is very bad they only protect the their client . Because buyer chose this company , we Will pursuit legal action against the person and the title company
