If it were possible, I would give them negative stars. They are absolutely impossible to deal with since you cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Then when, after days of trying to reach them and someone does finally answer the phone (usually on a Sunday when everything else is closed) you get the run around, such as "I sent the repair company a message and if you don't hear anything from them tomorrow, then give us a call back".
