Personally Fidelity should be ashamed to sell worthless title insurance that has so many exclusions its a joke yeah i filed a lis pendens on a property insured by Fidelity and the bank tried to remove the lis pendens even though that's Fidelity’s job to u know defend against title defects but the Lenders ALCO Land Title Policy was literally absolute trash and the judge allowed the lis pendens to remain on the property indefinately so be careful if u are a serious bank doing any business with Fidelity or Security Title their ... read more
If I could leave zero stars I would. Christy A. Kane, CLC License No. A136552 was the escrow agent who did not do her job. Ive been TRYING to communicate with her since April and she does not reply and when I call she gave me attitude when I was just trying to do my job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. Ive been an agent for 10 years and I've never crossed paths with such an awful company.
