This company came to our property to move out one of our tenants today. The employees seemed to be friendly enough. I offered them water as it is just the courteous thing to do. I believe it should be within their job description to clean up behind themselves. There should not be packing supplies and empty rolls of tape blowing across my parking lot after they leave and I shouldn't have had to spend 45 minutes cleaning up the boxes and trash they left behind! Often times we hear or read negative reviews. I had to write about the amazing experience with Fidelity Moving Storage in January 2025! Ms. Stephanie, the manager, was amazing! She contacted me throughout the delivery process. The follow-up and follow-through were exceptional! The drivers delivered 615 cases of girl scout cookies. They were punctual, professional and handled each case with care. They also placed the cookies where we desired. They helped to recount the cases of cookies for accuracy. Everything was SUPERB!
