I finally got back in touch with her 8 days after I sent her my documents only because I called from a number SHE didn't recognize. She said I will call you tomorrow and never called. The only good news is there was nothing reported to my credit because she never even ran it. Do yourself a favor and take your business to someone who will do what they say they will do.
