I was used to buy from you when you had the medicine at the office. Now you don't carry semaglitude anymore and the process is a nightmare. I schedule a consultation and I have to call multiple times to get an invoice after I talk to someone they invoice me right away but then I do need to call again to be able to get a tracking number. All the process is stressful. I hope you guys can get your administrative together and become fast and efficient again because this is a terrible customer experience.
