I had the absolute misfortune of dealing with a Jacynta and Karis over the 4 years my dad had insurance cover with you. Both Jacynta + Karis are among the rudest, most unhelpful and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Severely (!) lacking people skills, little to no accountability… quite useless to be honest. I have communicated through my broker on multiple occasions to get ALL my direct debits moved to come out of new accounts, first off they only did it for one DD, then when I specifically asked for the situation to be resolved fully, they still left one DD coming out of my old accounts. Everytime I miss a payment I get charged for it. It’s a simple request which requires a little attention to detail, it’s not that hard.

Just appalling service. I have cover via Westpac and want a quote to change my cover and they can't do it over the phone...they have to write to me...it takes 5-10 working days. What an absolute joke! I'll be shopping around and will go elsewhere.

I would recommend using another company as there was no support for crisis cover and my Australia insurance provider would have provided that support so unfortunately I choose to stay with fidelity life and it was the wrong decision
