Absolutely terrible company. Ridiculously expensive with no offer of anything extra and when you ask for a review no one calls back and they lie about what your paying for. They cost approx SIX times more than other companies and provide less cover. Glad the family never for to the stage of needing to claim going off other reviews. Do your research and steer well clear.
Poor service from the underwriting team with the delay in my policy application. It has taken 2 weeks and multiple follow up with them on a regular basis to get application assessed after they received my medical records from my GP. At the end they have deferred my application and not willing to share the medical records which they have used ro make the decision. Having worked in the insurance sector myself, this is an absolute disaster !
Do not go with this company. They will mess you around while still taking your money and then 6+ months later decline your claim on anything and everything they possibly can Do not use this insurance company they will take your money and give you nothing at all in return
