I would highly recommend Fidelity Life Insurance. My claim was processed in a timely manner & in good faith. Communication & guidance with customer services from beginning to end was smooth & transparent. The outcome deserves a 5+ star rating.
I spent 6 weeks working through a process with this company, involving the printing out of bank statements, policy cancellation forms, etc. and then signing them posting them to Wellington, and then emailing the company for updates repeated times as they didn't respond to me or keep me updated. All in order to get a policy cancelled. And right at the end of the process they tell me that my policy has now defaulted to a different company, and I need to start again. Absolute JOKE of a company. Their claims promise is meaningless, will break it without a second thought. Will break every promise it gives. Can not even keep a simple time based promise of "I will contact you on x day" Relies on false and inaccurate information Does NOT answer ANY question that contradicts their false premise. Constant shifting goal posts and always have an excuse. I could go on and on. STEER WELL CLEAR.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! they promise you everything in their policy then when you try to claim they deny it.
