Spoke to the company 2 months ago and decided NOT to get insurance from them after their quote. Woke up today with a pending draft of $68 and change pending from my checking account. I never gave them any checking account information, debit card information or credit card information and now read the reviews and see I am not the first person they are drafting money from without being a customer after speaking to the about life insurance. Unsolicited call with my correct first name, bogus birthdate, bogus responding to my inquiry for life insurance. Pushed to confirm birthdate so that she could transfer me to an agent who could go over my options, wouldn't get it that I never applied for anything and it sounds like a scam. I think they harvested some bad information and made a cold call just trying to score a new sucker, from the sound of it.
Promised me coverage and started billing me immediately . then forced me to do a medical exam and blood work after saying my age and coverage amount requested doesn't require it. then after doing heath exam and blood work they told me blood results says I smoke I DONT SMOKE OR CHEW! I'm promptly canceling them as should you !!!!!
I do not recommend working with Fidelity Life, this company is very bad, they argue with Agents instead of working with them to get the business. People on the phones are rude, not very pleasant to talk to, I would be scared to get business to them and they treat customers like this. Very disappointed in this company. The guy's name is Adam - keep arguing with Agents is so unprofessional!
Terrible company. I have been receiving emails without end for their services, but after experience with them, I can for sure WARN people not to do business with them. The worst contender is Megan, she always replies to the bad reviews with " we strive for excellent service", NO YOU DON'T!!!! It is all damage control on her end, because there's no way a 2.4 star company strives for excellence. TERRIBLE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
