Great service. Appointments times offer a lot of flexibility. Easy to reach by phone and then zoom or face to face appointments.
Even though we just walked in, they were very helpful and professional and got everything done that needed to be done! And even more :)
After three phone calls over several weeks, my request has not been fulfilled. I want to changr my managed account. The last person with whom I talked with a week ago promised to have someone contact me. I am still waiting --- getting ready to leave Fidelity.
Walked in to the branch with some questions and also to drop off a check. The guy there was really helpful. Thank you.
Told me drop box was available 24/7. Its not. 30 minutes of my life gone forever. And still need to deliver the document.
