My dad has retirement accounts at Fidelity. Somehow his account was hacked and they withdrew $88,000 to some personal account to some person in Florida. He’s been with Fidelity for over 25 years and has never taken out over $25,000. When he takes out money he always has fidelity withhold money and it always goes to his bank, no one else. Great service. Appointments times offer a lot of flexibility. Easy to reach by phone and then zoom or face to face appointments.
Even though we just walked in, they were very helpful and professional and got everything done that needed to be done! And even more :)
