Jaymes was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I have been with Fidelity for quite some time now. I have managed portfolios and self directed portfolios as well. So far I am pleased with the results regarding client services.
This branch location lacks diversity. The entire office is comprised of white men. Seems like old school Wall Street.
We met with Dennis Gur. I can’t begin to explain how incredibly helpful he was. He is intelligent, calm and knew how to navigate everything we needed that we had put off for years because of a lack of understanding of it. He explained every step in a clear and concise manner.
