Tall, skinny lady came up to I and my wife and asked how she can help and never introduced herself. She asked what questions I had and I told her and asked who I can speak with. She tells me it's her I'll need to speak with and ushers us to her office as she looks down on my shirt as if looking me up and down. She asks for my license pulls up my account and asks again what questions I have. I ask her what amount I've contributed vs how much my investment has made me concerning my account. for no reasonable reason. Had all my money here and tried to do a simple transfer and yea that’s when they had a problem. Still trying to get my money from fidelity , all type a documentation and had to prove where I get money
If I could give 1 star I would!! So rude. Nadia. She was absolutely the worst person to work with. She was not understanding at all. She was just rude and then at the last moment, when I asked for a manager, she gave such a snarky comment saying “when I greet you don’t hold your finger up” but I was on the phone…. I was nice. I smiled and said one second because I was on the phone with my husband, who is in the military. But I would not recommend her.
Horrible staff. Real sketchy people. Do not give them your money!!!!!
