Not a good experience. They waste your time and them try to charge a huge amount to manage your money. I regret contacting them for a simple Roth IRA conversion.

I was here to set up a Roth account, and the whole process was so simple quick and kind. The staff was fantastic and willing to help. Specifically one staff member that helped me out was Thomas S He should definitely get a raise.
Sad when companies go down hill this place use to be 5 stars but is now being 1 starish. My parents warned me not to over stay my welcome. Just because I'm asburger bipolar does not mean I deserved to be tazored for washing my close. Perhaps I should give they 5 stars for not tazoring me like Brighton Co PD... Was a big fidelity fan but fidelity has not updated the trading experience since pre covid. I would like to not have to go to trading view pre and post market to see what my stocks are doing.
