Opening a standard IRA was a breeze, an SEP IRA however has been a nightmare. It took over 8 weeks for it to be useable, roadblock after roadblock with different information with each employee I talked to, I even came in to discuss it and after over an hour in office there was still seemingly no conclusion on how their product most efficiently could be hooked up to a business account. Really unhappy with the service. My first meeting was not helpful and then he called to say he was going to do my second meeting, which was supposed to be in person on the phone from his house….?!!!? He called an hour before and was very rude about me not being comfortable with that. He said the computers were updating, and I found it really unprofessional for people to update computers during times that people had appointments already.
