This is not directed at the staff of this location. This is directed at the greedy corporation itself. They make billions but would not refund me $250. Shameful company.
Opening a standard IRA was a breeze, an SEP IRA however has been a nightmare. It took over 8 weeks for it to be useable, roadblock after roadblock with different information with each employee I talked to, I even came in to discuss it and after over an hour in office there was still seemingly no conclusion on how their product most efficiently could be hooked up to a business account. Terrible customer service all the the way around. Multiple mistakes with this company. Pass the buck hours on the phone and we get hung up on. Very very dissatisfied
