Went to perform a significant transaction and once again received great service. Ram was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. It is now five years Since my original review of this location. fidelity has kind people working here but they are NOT the institute you should bank with. when what I believed was my first employment check bounced in my account- after Fidelity registered it as available funds for TWO days- there was ZERO warnings or alerts- NO warnings, texts, calls or emails for my account going $3,000 in the negatives after a fraudulent wire transfer went through. Fidelity’s trading software is far behind the competition. If you want to trade or do research, you won’t be able to do it effectively on Fidelity. Fidelity charges for features that are standard on all other platforms like real-time pricing. I have real-time updates on my shopping lists, but Fidelity refuses to provide real-time pricing updates on their quotes for their customers by default. Their interface is challenging to navigate and they hide a ton of relevant research information. They have been slow to adapt. As an i... read more
Scam company. My account is locked for a month now and they will not help!
It is now five years Since my original review of this location. It remains my go to place for financial transactions. Never had a negative experience. Always polite. I consider myself fortunate to have this excellent run business so close to my home. Each time I go to this location downtown I have received excellent service. Today, I made a transaction which was a big deal for me and it took less time than walking in a bank and cashing a check. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. I appreciate that.
