Update 1 star to 4 star went into the office. They addressed my issue and quickly took care of things for me. I will write this off as a one time misunderstanding and still have confidence in the Fidelity team. The few times that I have stopped in to get help in person; front people have been welcoming. Fidelity is garbage. Robinhood is the best for trading
The staff at this location was extremely helpful, especially Catherine who went above and beyond in helping me out. Not only was she extremely patient, but really took the time in helping me out with the specifics of my case.
Fidelity has wasted 2 1/2 years of my life! They have no interest in protecting their clients from fraud, I have been lied to more times than I can count and then in the end denied my claim because the bank in question would not respond - for 2 years? We have been with Fidelity for 30 years and have been treated like we do not matter, we will take our money to an investment firm that cares about the client, not just the $$$.
INVESTOR BEWARE! I entrusted this company with my investments and in wiring money to buy a house. THEY SENT MORE MONEY TO THE TITLE COMPANY THAN I'D TOLD THEM TO AND IF THE TITLE COMPANY WASN'T SO HONEST (THEY REFUNDED THE OVER-PAYMENT BY FIDELITY) I'D BE OUT MORE THAN $5,000 AND NOT EVEN KNOW IT. Worse - when I complained about this outrageous and unconscionable mistake, I was told by two Fidelity managers that I was partly to blame because I signed off on the mistake. Let's make this clear.
