Spoke to Ryan via Phone - he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about anything I asked. Definitely will be calling back with whatever comes next if needed.
Took great care of me and quick service
We worked with Ben Bjork who was recommended by the 1800 fidelity number. We had such a good experience he helped us create a joint account, invest, adjust IRA money, and create a solid 5 year plan. He really prioritized what was best for us. I didn’t really expect to find someone who was looking out for our family over their pocket/company profits. This branch is HORRIBLY run. Whenever you call them, they never answer the phone so your call just always transfers to a call center. My husband and I even called at 8:30 AM exactly which is when they open and when their phone system turns on. When we called, the automated system immediately said that “the branch is experiencing a much higher call volume than normal”.
