I learned after the fact that the "advisor" I was working with was new to the game and just created a giant tax mess of my investments. What he implemented was was not what I signed up for. The icing on the cake was the advisory fee. You might as well count the extra money I'll have to pay an accountant to get me out of this nightmare. I'm stuck with Fidelity for retirement because that's what my company offers.

My experience with the Fidelity staff at this location has been fantastic! My interactions have primarily been online, however -- I do not visit the branch much. Kathy Lee is always extremely responsive, and the consultants team of Andrew Reid, Julie Harris, and Amy Tran have always gone above and beyond and are very diligent in getting my questions and service needs taken care of. I had a terrible experience with this branch. I had an appointment with Richard Amaechi and he was super unprofessional. He couldn’t answer none of the questions I asked. He was also super late to our scheduled appointment. I had an appointment @ 10:00am and he showed up 30 minutes after. Which is super disrespectful of my time but also very unprofessional! I will be going to another branch instead! I would like to speak to the Branch Leader because this was not a good experience!
