Best brokerage
I learned after the fact that the "advisor" I was working with was new to the game and just created a giant tax mess of my investments. What he implemented was was not what I signed up for. The icing on the cake was the advisory fee. You might as well count the extra money I'll have to pay an accountant to get me out of this nightmare. I'm stuck with Fidelity for retirement because that's what my company offers.
My experience with the Fidelity staff at this location has been fantastic! My interactions have primarily been online, however -- I do not visit the branch much. Kathy Lee is always extremely responsive, and the consultants team of Andrew Reid, Julie Harris, and Amy Tran have always gone above and beyond and are very diligent in getting my questions and service needs taken care of.
