I don’t think this location is for black people. Just because someone come in regular clothes not fancy nor dressed in a suite should still be taken care of like the rest! This is the second time I have experienced this especially with the front desk lady. Come back a second day because the young lady didn’t send all my paperwork off , she is not here today . New front desk lady give attitude as soon as I walk in other staff staring. I ask to speak with a manager and she asks for what and refuses to let me speak to someone.
I visited a Fidelity branch recently and spoke with a representative named Maria H. regarding Roth IRA options. I was surprised by the dismissive and condescending tone she used during our conversation. Instead of offering a professional explanation, she responded as though my question wasn’t worth her time.
