This is actually a 5 NEGATIVE rating. IN SHORT- DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE. AND HOLDS YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ERRORS On Friday I got my final payroll check from the State. I went into the local branch to make the deposits to ensure there are no extended hold or hiccups. Before depositing, I asked the staff if there will be any hold on them. I got an unexpected call from Jacob at this location. I have an account with Fidelity and wanted to take the next step into investing. I wanted to set up an appointment with a person to get the ball rolling and signed up with Jacob. He called me to confirm my investment amount and was helpful in calling a different number and getting help online. Jacob took the time to answer my questions and was very helpful and patient.
