Sad to say that fidelity investments is pure scam.M. Their agent just ended the call on me. They will try to lock you out of your 401k account and steal your retirement money. I would not believe this until I experienced it. I will expose you. You cannot get away with doing this. I provided all my personal info to their agent and they were rude and could not verify my identity. I have provided everything and any thing they asked for correctly. Rude rude rude.
The customer service was incredible they answered all my questions and any concerns were addressed.
Great personnel here. Found an engaging financial advisor here. They are all prompt, courteous, and thorough in meeting clients’ needs and suggesting possibilities.
Terrible would never use again- did NOT INFORM US of taxes we had to pay their communication with customers is awful and cost us so much money without helping us out much TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE please do not use
