Went to the office at Fair Oaks Blvd twice because I want to be sure I will be helped properly and clearly. They somehow did my request WRONG both times I’ve gone there. Spoke with 2 different person because the 2nd one was like a senior one I suppose but It seems like both of them don’t know their products and doesn’t know how to really help costumers. . . I was trying to place trades in the last 30 minutes of after-hours and got stuck fumbling with the mobile app — couldn’t cancel my trailing stop orders no matter what I tapped. So I called in for a quick assist, figuring the rep could just cancel the orders and I’d be good to go. Instead… he pulled the Hero Card.
