I was trying to place trades in the last 30 minutes of after-hours and got stuck fumbling with the mobile app — couldn’t cancel my trailing stop orders no matter what I tapped. This is actually a 5 NEGATIVE rating. IN SHORT- DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE. AND HOLDS YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ERRORS On Friday I got my final payroll check from the State. I went into the local branch to make the deposits to ensure there are no extended hold or hiccups. Before depositing, I asked the staff if there will be any hold on them.
