My mom had a bond account that closed and transferred to a holding company. She needed to open an account that could accept ETF funds. As she already has Fidelity accounts we contacted the Seal Beach office and set up an appointment with Matthew. We arrived and could not be happier with the outcome. Matthew was friendly, patient and helpful. We were able to work with several individuals to get all we needed done. We would recommend this office %

We needed an account in order to manage Trust assets and we needed it fast to comply with escrow timing. Adriana was our savior at the Seal Beach office. There were a few hiccups but she didn't send us home - she got on the phone and made it happen. Thank you Adriana Sobaszek for taking the time to understand the situation and helping. Service beyond expectations.

refused to allow me to reallocate funds on my account. refused to allow me to use my account in a way that works for me. did not listen to anything i said regarding my unique circumstances. insisted this is how we do things and this what you will do. ran some generalized program that is in no way of any help to me. i was polite - thinking we would get to what i actually needed to do. no. time is up. was told i have to drive to office because he has white board (!) and he is going to white board scenarios and show me how thin... read more

I use to like fidelity until paperwork was needed for a divorce. They should have told me from the beginning it would take 2 weeks. Still waiting..😪
