It appeared their "financial advisor" was only interested in selling me an account. He did not explain the risks of investing in a ladder cd and claimed they charged no fees. Sure, if you do the trades yourself online. Broker assisted trades carry huge fees!! He was evasive whren asked how he was paid if there were "no fees".
