Horrible customer service. I spoke with a man named Jordan? Or some generic name with a J. I tried scheduling an appointment in order to make a transfer, and he said well, I can take care of that for you right now. Then he put me on hold, and suddenly I was talking with someone else who had no idea why I had been transferred. I called again.
