I've been with Fidelity for 20+ years and this branch is the most unprofessional I've encountered. It seems they've forgotten that without us, who needs them! I gave them a second chance and I'm sorry I did. But I got a great deal on shoes at Nordstrom Rack so the trip wasn't a total waste.😀
