Rotten organization do not give your money to themÂ
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They allowed someone to hack our accounts. We have our life savings with them. On June 3rd someone hacked into our account and stole $10,000 from us. We have gotten ZERO help in recovering the money. They have not contacted authorities. They have told us they will not refund our money! Beware of this company. I found that they sneak in a 1% fee when you buy AND sell Bitcoin. They don't disclose this charge when. You go to buy that I could find it may be in fine print that you can barely read. They make the money easy without risk but you take all the risk for their benefit. BewareÂ
I want to give back based on experience. The person doesnt have the complete knowledge. Good thing, I didn't bend to her ideas. I asked her 2x -3x to check with her supervisor because I know she was advising me wrong ideas. If I had followed her suggestion ( 155 Congress Street), I'll be paying expensive taxes. Fast forward, I went to Cambridge branch and it was smooth. The guy was even helpful to provide me alternative options.Â
