I'm just curious why y'all took a life insurance policy in my name but without my permission. Are y'all aware of the group of individuals who took the policy out are trying to unalive me to collect on it. It may be too late for y'all now bc the feds and internal affairs are already involved. I want this policy removed it violates my privacy act. Immediately!!!!
I spoke with Katy or Katie at Fidelity investment around 5:56 PM today 2/27, and the experience was awful. She was in big rush, she wouldn’t wait for me to provide her with my user ID, told me to call back, and then when I asked her to be transfer to the checking account department. Simply was rude and hung up on me Very unprofessional and disrespectful service.
The employees here are The Good Samaritan amazing people. I had fallen after spraining my ankle at the crosswalk. They took me in & let me rested in the lobby and got me ice for my ankle and water & offered to help me get to work. Great work, thank you!!
