Five stars for the front desk lady — she was nice and very knowledgeable about the general products offered by the business. I’m giving one star less overall because I wasn’t able to speak with an advisor as a walk-in.
I just had the nicest customer service at the front desk of this branch. She was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to walk in and get my account opened in 10 mins.
