Mixed my taxes deadline because my cell phone number changed and they were not will to let me into my account. There was 0 solution given. What a joke.
I can't tell you how the Washington Road office is because I have never successfully gotten them to answer the phone to resolve an estate issue. Then you call the corporate office and they tell you you have to go to the local office. Glad I don't have any investments with these folks!
Met with Graham Cook, of the Pittsburgh South Hills Branch. He was helpful, professional & knowledgeable. He did not pressure me to take any particular actions. Instead he politely provided a preliminary portfolio analysis, let me know what the options were and offered a follow up visit to continue my financial planning. Excellent experience.
Talked with Steven Spence this morning. He was fantastic and advised me of many options for my retirement accounts. I have been working with Fidelity since the mid 1980. They have been very helpful over the years
