We have lived in our Fidelity Home for almost 4 years now. We recently had an issue that required assistance from Fidelity and we were treated with the same excellent customer service as we received as brand new home buyers. Always above and beyond and very appreciated. Thank you!

We bought a house from Fidelity in late 2024. Overall all the house has been good and we are happy here. I am posting a two star due to a few issues that arose. Their manager got very rude when we countered with a firm no conditions offer, which he eventually accepted but not without being petty and rude.
