I followed my practitioner from their previous employer because of years of trust built on excellent care and attention to special needs. This visit was less about hearing and more about adapting my hearing aids to better fit after recent surgery. As it is a rather unique request I did not expect a quick answer, but received understanding and a promise to do the research to find possible solutions for me. The level of professionalism I expected was there.
I went in to help my 85 year old grandma to help her answer any questions she’s might not be able to hear well. I have a 3 year old son and he was talking to me and I was asked to take him out because the lady didn’t want to deal with it because she felt like my grandma couldn’t hear her, but she could. I left calmly, but spoke my piece and told me son we had to leave because we were no longer allowed to be in there. He didn’t do anything wrong and now I am unable to assist my grandma because the lady couldn’t deal with it.
The people were very nice, but they do not take Medicare insurance.
Thorough check up and cleaning on my hearing aids and adjustment based on current hearing loss. Friendly service
