Shame on the customer service agent!!! She shouldn't be able to handle a dogs life insurance, she was very rude and cold. I expect more from someone helping me, especially with the tragic death of my mother!!

It’s Really very sad to hear every story never took the time to read ppl reviews” until now. I didn’t close out my insurance as if yet. But I Did Semit a Counselor notice. I had my insurance sence April 1992/ and was paying $32.00 a month 28 years for $150.000 policy / I called on Friday and was told if I cash out now I get /$6,500 if I was until 2022 I get / 8,000/ that’s just the money that I givening them 🪓 I been Hacked. and if I don’t get it . Then I will have to pay them $209 for new insurance our they will just keep ... read more

AWFUL is how these people treat clients. Avoid Avoid AVOID there are better companies out there that treat clients with dignity, respect and are helpful when there is a problem. I am in the process of closing ALL my accounts with the F&G because they are rude lowlife scum who failed to follow through payment instructions. NOW the money is going to the States Unclaimed money department. I want to give then NO Stars ... AWFUL !

I am very concerned as we have not been able to clarify several significant details on an annuity which we purchased recently. It appears that the agent has now gone rouge... no where to be find. After a review of the details there were several details which were not as agreed at the time. - Product was presented to us as a Fidelity investment product. Significant difference.
