Spoke with Carolyn at Fidelity Funding on a monday, she offered me my new rate and term on tuesday, I sent my documents in and she had the appraiser at my place on friday. 3 weeks later i signed my loan docs. It took 31 days from start to finish. My bank previously took 60-90 days and there was always something more they would ask me for. Fidelity updated me by email and a phone call at least once a week.
